AAOmega

 AAT Instrument.

In Brief: AAOmega is designed to allow the acquisition of up to 392 simultaneous spectra of objects anywhere within a two degree field on the sky.
AAOmega provides a dual beam (blue and red arm) spectrograph for the 2dF fibre positioner at prime focus.
An IFU feed, SPIRAL, is also available.
Instrument Scientist: Rob Sharp <rgs@aao.gov.au>
