HERMES is being built by the AAO with funding from the Commonwealth
of Australia, in part through grants provided by the National
Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) and the Education Investment Fund (EIF)
that are managed by Astronomy Australia Limited (AAL).
