Airport Shuttle bus:
For visitors arriving from Kingsford Smith Sydney Airport, there are a number of Airport Shuttle buses that service the Eastwood/Epping/Marsfield area. The ATNF uses Airport Shuttle North frequently, and will joint book with AAO if requested. The shuttle service costs around $45 per trip, with cost able to be split between passengers if more than one is going to the AAO. The shuttle service accepts cash or credit card payments, and a receipt can be issued. If you would like to book a shuttle service, please go to Airport Shuttle North's website http://www.airportshuttlenorth.com/. A shuttle will be booked to meet your arrival/departure requirements at Kingsford Smith (Sydney) Airport. The shuttle service drop off is at the CSIRO/ATNF entrance near the corner of Pembroke Road and Vimiera Road, on the same grounds as the AAO headquarters. Follow the signs to `AAO'.

The AAO is is on the grounds of CSIRO Division of Radiophysics (at the corner of Vimiera Road and Pembroke Street). Enter via the Vimiera Road entrance, turn to the left at the T junction. The AAO is the grey building in the area on your left. More detailed driving instructions can be found by going to www.whereis.com.au or maps.google.com.au. Please note that the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Lane Cove Tunnel are both cashless tolls; cars passing these tolls need an electronic tag on their vehicle.
