Abstract:
Brent will give a broad overview of the MASH-II Galactic PN discovery project using specially developed multi-wavelength data trawling and visualisation techniques. He will also discuss the work he has undertaken on addressing the important question of the binary fraction of the central stars of PN through his careful study of OLEIII photometry of their detected central stars and their related propensity for bipolar morphology.
