The CIRPASS IR spectrograph

The CIRPASS near-IR spectrograph, constructed at the IoA in Cambridge, was
commissioned at the 8m Gemini South observatory in August 2002. I will
give an overview of the instrument and present some preliminary results
from the commisioning observations.
