The AAO runs a comprehensive
Astronomical library, located at both the
AAT and the Epping laboratory (pictured above), with
extensive collections of the usual journals. The Observatory was
fortunate
in acquiring the library of the Radcliffe Observatory (South Africa)
when
it closed in 1974. This collection contains many long runs of
astronomical
journals and monographs acquired since 1974.
