Conference Dinner

Welcome Reception

The welcome reception will be held on 17th February 2019 at the Rydges World Square Conference Center, "The Cidery Bar and Kitchen”, 5:00-8:00 pm. The reception is covered in the registration fee. Please check the "Getting there" tab for more information to find the venue.

The guests are not covered. If you would like to bring guests to this event, please let the LOC know at esoaus_loc@aao.gov.au. Extra $30 will be charged per additional guest.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be on the evening of Thursday the 21st of February (7:00 pm-10:30 pm) and will be held in the center of Sydney at Doltone House (Level 3, 181 Elizabeth Street, Sydney), overlooking the beautiful Hyde Park.

The dinner fee is $100. If you bring an extra guest, there will be a charge of an extra $100 for each guest.

 07:00 - 07:30 Welcome drinks: White Wine (Chalk Hill Blue – Sauvignon Blanc    Semillon)

                                              Red Wine (Chalk Hill Blue – Shiraz Cabernet)

                                              Sparkling Wine (Chalk Hill Blue – Sparkling Wine)

                                              Beer (Peroni Red, Wingman, Cascade Premium Light)

                                              Non-Alcoholic (Mineral water, Soft drink, Orange juice)

                                             Spirits - can be purchased via cash bar

07:30 - 10:30 Dinner: Soft drinks only, alcoholic beverages can be purchased via cash bar

07:35 Entrée served

08:20 Main course served (two choices)

09:05 Dessert served - includes barista made Vittoria Macchiato Espresso coffee and French handcrafted teas

* Guests with special dietary requirements will be served chef's specials

 10:30 Music & beverages to cease 30 minutes prior to finish time
